The Lowcountry Hunt Hunter Pace will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2024

at Longfield Stables at Montage Palmetto Bluff.

Teams who register and pay BEFORE October 5th will receive $10 off each rider's registration fee AND lunch the day of the event ($65 Adults , $40 Juniors 17 and Younger).

Registration After October 5th or Day Of - $75 Adults, $45 Juniors

3.In Person - Pay FULL PRICE ($75/$45) in-person at the event.
Please bring printed & signed waivers and proof of negative coggins.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Event Specifics for Day-Of

​

The event address for your GPS is 24 Healey Rd, Bluffton, SC 29910.

​

Ride times will start at 8:30AM and every 4 minutes following.

​

Riders are able to request ride times on their registration form.

However, all riders must be registered and paid for the team to receive a ride time.

Please check back on the Lowcountry Hunt website the Wednesday before the event for final ride times.

On arrival, Riders will park and sign-in from the large paddock on the left.

 

Please send only ONE person per team to the registration table.

The team member who checks-in needs to bring all coggins/waivers/fees to the table in order to receive a number. 

​

The paddodck where everyone is parked leads to the cross country course and trails where you will head out on course.

The Start Line and the Stop Line are the same.

Please make sure our Volunteers know if you are coming in or going out AND have your team number!

 

Vendor Sponsors will be allowed to set up tables the morning of the Pace.

​

Lunch is included for all riders who register in advance.

If parents or guests wish to join a rider for lunch, the fee is $15 and MUST be paid for by October 5th. 

​Please bring a chair and cooler with your own drinks. 

Bottled water will be available for riders, and a hose and a water tough available for horses. 

 

Awards for 1st and 2nd place will be given in each division

As well as Best Turned Out and Best Team Name at the end of the event.

Teams must complete the course by 1:00PM AND must be present to win.

Winners will be posted on the Lowcountry Hunt website and Facebook page following the event.
