How to submit a form

Contact the Hunt, or the organizer of the day you are riding, for the current form and the way it should be returned. This website never accepts uploads of completed or signed documents.

If you are unsure which release you need for a given day, ask before you travel: lowcountryhunt@gmail.com.

Only blank, current forms are published here. Completed forms, signatures, medical information and emergency contacts are never posted on this website.
