What this website collects

These pages have no accounts, no login and no contact form, so the Hunt does not ask you for personal details here. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary technical records, such as request logs, in order to serve and protect the site, and pages that link out to the club's membership system or to other websites are governed by those websites' own terms.

When you email or call us

If you write to lowcountryhunt@gmail.com or call the Hunt Monitor, we keep your message and details for as long as we need them to answer you and, where relevant, to arrange your visit or membership.

Membership, entries and payments

Member records, event registrations, invoices and payments are held in the club's membership system, not on this website. When you sign in, renew, enter an event or buy from the club store, you are using that system and its own privacy terms apply.

Photographs

The Hunt publishes photographs of members, guests and juniors only with permission. If a picture of you or your child appears here and you would prefer it did not, write to us and we will remove it.
